400K Swiss Structure PPP

• For investment in your newly owned Swiss Project & Investment Company (AG), 

• A "fresh" shelf company with own account at a major Swiss bank. 

• Company formation fee as per agreement = EUR 50K 

• Account activation fee EUR 100K 

• Funds to be transferred to the new own account and will remain there. 

• Transfer of the remaining EUR 250K to your new own account in Switzerland. 

• The EUR 250,000 will start the investment (buy-and-sell program of available bank instruments and trades Bank-to-Bank). 

• Via a fully insured Swiss Notary account 

From EUR 250K you will receive EUR 1,250,000 after approximately 10 banking days 

Afterwards you can decide if you want to continue, re-start with another EUR 250k etc. 

1. BKC KYC and Agreement Fees 2x7.500 € (New Clients Only) 
2. PROGRAM MANAGER success fee Min 5% 
3.  JVA 50% with our company on net clients payout 
4. Commission calculated and paid throughout the full trading period. 
5. Program Admin Commission 250,000 € 

Complete the enclosed BKC CIS for Trading Platforms and return it to us. 

We will answer with our BKC NSNC NDA. With that in place you will receive our BKC Service Agreement detailing and repeating the terms discussed. 

When accepted and fees paid you will receive a 2nd pre-completed Application form (CIS) from our provider. When you have signed off the application, we will make sure it is immediately dealt with and when approved we will be sending you the final agreement and procedures.
